New to the forum and would like to start by saying hello.  I would like to know, whats a good setting for the camera?  Just got my mavic today, havent flown yet, but want to get the best settings before first flight.  Also, what is the best software for pc to edit footage for the mavic?

1) A good setting for the camera? My fave is Art 0-2-2. Second fave is D-Cinelike -1-1-1.  "Best" software for editing (and color correcting)? Well, that's a teeny bit subjective. A good free app for color correction is DaVinci Resolve. I use FCPX for both editing and cc.

Settings I use D cinelike. Best for post production.

I use Adobe premiere and Lightroom, video and pics.

I used 4K @30fps d-cinelike, standard style 0,0,0 and manual chose white balance for these films edited in FCPX and I am pretty happy. Have not tried d-log yet.
