I have a question taking videos. After I take a video and watch it on TV I get the strange lines that go diagonally across the roofs and tops of some buildings I can't remember the term for it I thought there was a setting to minimize that. I don't know if I'm explaining it correctly it's kind a like when you look through a screen window.for example powerlines will have these little lines running diagonally across them the roofs of metal buildings.

I think that's aliasing.

I'm not a pro but I think dropping shutter speed to be more in line withe the fps you're shooting at helps to mitigate that.

In addition to kaeyalin's suggestions, you'll see it more if you're looking at your proxy videos on your mobile device as it is 720p or 1080p. With recorded video, you'll see it more with 1080 than 2.7K or 4K, but it's a common result of compression.
