I had a shipment from DJI that was to arrive on 3/29. We were on vacation. Received notice from FedEx that package requires a signature (contained props & sunshade) FedEx attemped delivery on 3/30 & 3/31 Even though I requested a vacation hold until 4/3.I even spoke to a Fedex rep. Today,4/3, I received an email from Fedex saying the package was being returned to DJI. I again called Fedex. They said that the shipper has many restrictions to edexinclude, no holds, no change in delivery address, no one else can sign for package.I asked Fedex to hold intil 4/4 and I would pick it up. They could do that unless the shipper DJI allowed it.
I emailed DJI my Fedex number but I have not heard back.
Not sure what to do now, HELP.

I emailed DJI and their reply was that they could not intervene allowing Fedex to hold for me. After four calls to Fedex I found a person that stated they would hold the package until tomorrow for pick up.
