Vision app not displaying Phantom status

When in the Vision App, iPhone connected to Phantom WiFi (via Range Extender), Phantom rear lights green (Ready to Fly), the Camera display does not show the aircraft status (GPS status, Distance, etc). Nor can I control the camera pitch.
I can take a picture, start video, see the Range Extender battery level and see what the camera sees. But that's all.

Please help!

There is an update for the camera, although you don't say what version you are already running.

This can usually be caused by the small ribbon cable either being damaged, such as after a hard landing or crash, or simply not sat in the connectors correctly, get a bright light and a magnifying glass and check the cable is firmly in the connectors, you may have to reseat one or more of them, simply open the clip and reseat the ribbon cable in and close the clip.

Thanks. I'll check that. Never gave any thought to checking the hardware.
