Hi there,

Today I've noticed that micro USB (i.e. left side) on the controller doesn't work properly, here is the issue:

• On computer, DJI Assistant v1.1.0-2 (tested on Windows 10 & 7) doesn't recognize the controller (But controller is able to charge). I've also tried different cables without success. Note that Mavic is properly recognized by DJI Assistant.
• On Mobile, DJI Go 4 App (Last version Android) doesn't recognize the controller by using micro USB.
• On Mobile, DJI Go 4 App (Last version Android) recognizes the controller properly if I use the other USB port from the back.
• Last firmware is installed on the controller, before Today everything was fine with the port.
  

It seems that the Micro USB port is unable to transmit data
I just want to know if someone had the same kind of issue before contacting DJI Support.

My is fine. I think you should contact DJI

Hi EIDW, when connecting the controller to computer, you will need to turn off the controller first.
Turn on the controller after it has been connected to the computer.
Please test again and keep us posted.
