Hi there . I always wonder, is it too difficult to create a mode which would help you smoothly do panning shots autonomously.  Almost like a half arc or a quarter. Poi mode is not usable because it would go behind you.
For instance, say that you want to shoot yourself doing something in a very cinematic fashion without a remote in your hand. So if there was a mode where the drone would do half an arc or a quarter of an arc left and right continuously, you could just concentrate on your thing and not worry about the drone hitting anything and at the end you would have a perfect shot.
Do you guys think that I am asking something ridiculous ?

I think what you need is a pilot to fly the aircraft while you "concentrate on your thing" - somebody should always be in control of the aircraft while it is in flight!
