as titlle asks, I have a total of 3 batteries, could I fly non-stop after replacing new battery in.

I'd say let it cool down, then charge it again. Make sure you don't go below 30% as well and yeah rotate your batteries often.

Yes, you'll be fine. I've flown as many as five batteries in a row with no problem.
