Hello all,
I update P4P+ remote, aircraft and battery to the latest update as of April 14th 2017, however I still get a popup message "Data Update" everytime I turn the Phantom on even thought it has already been updated. I am attaching pictures of the whole process and I hope someone can help me fix this. Note on Picture #2 the "version check" confirms it is indeed the lates vesion installed, however the pop up is already there. I know I can hit ignore. But this is a annoying bug and I am not sure if maybe there is something wrong? Ugh!

Well so it's not only me. Glad to know!

Would be nice if some representative check it out this problem. Im not wasting 3 hour of my time with dji's customer support.

mine the same, connecting to aircraft nothing happens either.   the last 2 updates are not right!!!!!!

Could you happen to verify for me the version number your unit's updated to? When using the RC, are you connect to a WiFi source or cellular data?

Version: V01.01.03.00 When using the RC I am usually connected to the internet.
If not connected a different pop up will appear and I am attaching a picture of it.

i get the same messages on my p4p+.  i updated, got the message while connected to wifi, pressed connect, nothing happened, connected to the AC and all was well.  took it out for a flight well beyond any wifi and got the second message you are showing there.  ignored it, connected to the AC and flew without any issues.  definitely a nuisance

Just to clarify, this has only occurred after updating the RC firmware, correct?
