Just updated the dji go app on android to 3.1.5 and when you open it it zooms into tge dji logo then crashes, it just doesnt load!!!!! Need help now!!!!!

On what device ?

S7 edge, it says it doesnt support the screen size even though it worked before i update it on the same device

v3.1.5 working fine here on my Sony Xperia X phone, flew with it last night.

Im not sure why its not working

Have you tried to delete it then reinstall it?
What is the android system for your mobile device?
If it keeps crashing, please export the crash log for us, you can find it here: /sdcard/DJI/dji.pilot/LOG/CRASH

Zooms in and crash..  Tried to reset my phone. Didn't help..
Delete catch, reinstall.. Nothing helps...

Too late..i did it and it's a real shame!!!!!

I connected the tablet in my case an asus zen pad to RC with the icon of wi-fi on( i was in my home to have a brief check before a flight with the drone switched off),and soon appeared the warning the app needs an update,the rc needs an update.
I switched off wi fi and then went to fly, as soon as i was on site,when i switched on my tablet, there were a warning telling me to install the latest app on my device ,without giving any chance to post-pone,to say no update,or do it later.
I simply were blocked ,the only chance given to me by the app was download the app by the DJI site,
or google play store,not letting to acces the flight menu.
So i swap to litchi,the always realiable third part app and i was able to fly.
When home i downloaded the latest app,and tried to up date the rc fw.....a nightmare,every 20 second the app go in crash...without letting me the chance to finish the up grade of the rc.

At least you should consider the way to let the user decide what to  install or  not install or do it when suitable for the user..., i installed on 3 different tablet 2 asus and one samsung tab E,and the result were the same on the three devices,deleted,re-installed several time with the same result on the three machines.
I want pinpoint that before that accidental up grade,i had no problem at-all.
Hurry up and put a patch!!!!!
