Hello, Version 4.0.8 does not fix this bug on the French version: - the button to activate sound recording is off screen, so inaccessible! Pity ! Good flights at all.

Weird that only parts of the UI are localized. Is the localization string in DJI Go 4's dynamicLocalization folder? If so, you might be able to edit it, yourself.

Otherwise,  the best way to alert DJI to bugs is via the DJI Go 4 app's bug reporting feature in the Me section.
