Hello everyone...

I'm trying to buy REFRESH for my PHANTOM 4 PRO and when I enter in my serial number I get the following error:

DJI Care Refresh is not available for your aircraft.


Does anyone know what this means?  Can anyone shed some light please on this message?

Alex, When did you buy your drone? Refresh must be bought in a limited span of time if you want to buy it AFTER the drone... (I bought it right after registering my P4P)

I bought the refresh for my Phantom 4 Pro immediately when I registered it.  Only prob... I bought the refresh for the Phantom 4 Advance and not the Pro.  I emailed DJI CARE immediately and between refunding me the P4A refresh purchase, 48 hours has expired.

So frustrated...
