I had a problem with my 6 month old Phantom 4 Controller battery not taking (indicating) a full charge.
Online chat with support and a return postage label was sent by e-mail the same night.
The controller was sent out on Monday by courier, and recieved in Holland on Wednesday.
The fault was confirmed the same day and a new controller sent back by courier.
The new controller was recieved on Friday morning.
Brilliant fast service ... Thank you DJI *****
