I'am very desapointed about this transaction CAS-532091-C7P2G2 .  The remplacment battery you shiped is NOT GOOD. It is DEAD. I got the battery today from UPS. but it is not good. Can't charged.  Around 2 months I'am waiting for this battery and you shipped A battery that does not work. What are you doing now with this?

no the battery is dead. totaly dead. No light, no charge, and no nothing.

I talked with someone from dji support via Facebook atm. He gave me the link for to create another case number but I can't create my own case number because I'am from Canada.

The Support team was looking into alternative solutions based on the negative experience that you received. They will be sending a battery out to you without the need to send the other one back. You will be receiving tracking information shortly.
