after the latest update ..the phantom 3 pro. is not working properly . only dji logo is coming on hte srceen , recored button is blank . not working . gimbal n motors are working but no video footage .... help urgenty

Delete and redownload the application maybe

also confirm u upgrade the app as well as the drone.. they both need to be on the same firmware family...  what tablet, what os?  confirmed with another cable? does the tablet report firmware levels in the about screen? what do u get? An example of that screen from advanced (or pro, i forget) below
