Im getting the same issue, received my Inspire 2 without my X5S Camera. Opened a case CAS-627-561-Y7D9L4 for the missing camera which was then deleted after a week saying it was returned. Been back and forth with DJI Support, so frustrating, don't know what else to do besides a Police Report for Stolen Goods. Opened the package at UPS store, looking to obtain video footage, opened the package with 2 witnesses. DJI said they will research again today and hope to get back with me by the end of the day. Otherwise I have no choice but to report a crime. |
