so i changed some settings in the controls and slowed down the yaw to make it smoother and i restarted it and have a message that i need to contact cust service for repair... anyone else had this... the gimble rotates on the self test on start up in all directions but once thats done its kind of limp and wont tilt or pan... any ideas... i have been very carful with the gimble and the clamp.
i have only had it 8 days, i have care refresh but didnt really wanna pay out for this... i cant see that ive done any damage at all to it

Please take a vidoe of the whole process so we may be able to help. Also try the auto gimbal calibration and se it that work.

Please post a screenshot of the error message for better assistance.
As mentioned above, please try to do the gimbal calibration.
