I have only had one Mavic Pro, yet it shows as two different drones in Go. The second one shows 3 flights. Two of the flights were from a single day, and those were the only two flights on that day.  The third flight is one of two flights I took on a different day.

Is there any way to collapse these into a single drone in the flight records?

Any idea why this happens and how to prevent it?

So far my Phantom 4 Pro does not have this problem. All flights show under a single drone in the app.

I have the same issue. They both have the same name too.  One has 31 flights and the other has 9.  I also have flights on the same day but logged to a different drone.

Have any of you used different devices to fly your mavic with?  I use a iphone and ipad and they will show up as two separate records showing different flight times, flight distances, etc.

I wondered if that had something to do with it. I have used 4 different devices to fly, so if that's the problem, it's not consistent.

After one of my last flights I suddenly had a Inspire 1 listed in my flight-logs. I wrote DJI support about this, but they don't do anything :-(

By the way, it's not only the multiple drone-listing! Check your Top Altitude. Yesterday I had a flight at around 7500m regarding the app. But that's not possible Mavic can only go up to 5000m.

Try syncing your flights, then clear your app of flight logs and then resync and see if it helps.  I did and it cleared my iphone showing up on my iPad as I will not fly with my iPhone anymore.  Now only one drone shows up with all my flights.

I have tried to fix the multiple AC problem with this, because DJI Support prompted me to do this. But it didn't work for me. Still have 2 issues - two flights whith "Inspire 1" instead of Mavic Pro and a wrong value for Top-Altitude.

I also have my flights shown as with 3 different drones in Go 4, even though I only have one drone and always has used the same phone together with the remote.

Disappointing.  They need better developers/DBAs.

Have just been out and fly. Suddenly a popup came up and informed about a new DJIGO and DJIGO4 APP next week. I had to login to my account for access. Maybe DJI finally understood a log nothing is worth if what's in it is not true.

Regards Leif.

Wow. I know it's not a big deal but it's not the answer or explanation I was hoping to hear.  I'd even accept I did something wrong or some sort of explanation.

Sorry to hear that.  Hopefully they can get this issue resolved.  It has to be annoying.

They are releasing an update next week and we have to reactivate our birds I believe in the new app.
