Thank you, this was at the spring cruising event in OCMD this past weekend.   Largest Illegal car meet in the country this year.

What makes it illegal?  I don't see a bunch of people showing off their cars as anything illegal.

It is technically illegal to loiter. However this car meet was 100% nothing but setting up street races.

Really cool, man...and yes it is illegal when you use private land. I have seen some of the racing meets you guys had but seriously, you need to get some hot babes to run the meet instead of this fat dude. lol

Now that depends...  You could totally shut down any cop by saying you are peacefully assembling, a constitutional right.

With that said, you are on private property, probably without permission.

What's a "car meet"? Just looks like a bunch of people hanging out in a parking lot.
