Same here. I sent the drone on May 9, arrived at DJI service on 11 May according to the courier. After 13 days DJI does not say that it received it, or that is in repair, I am trying to get an update or information but no one from DJI is unwilling to provide. So at this point I do not know where my drone are. Can someone from DJI tell me where my drone is now?
