Good morning,It's been 3 day's since I submitted my case online, and I've yet to receive UPS shipping labels that it states I should of received. Wedding season is upon us, and my drone decided to drop compass mid flight.. I've heard horror stories of these repair requests taking up to 6-8 weeks so the sooner I can get the ball rolling the better.  My case number is CAS-654411-N8Q9G3 and very much would appreciate some support! Thank you for your time

I have checked all emails, including my  junk mail and wasn't able to find an email from DJI regarding shipping labels.

I opened a case on 5/29.  I am still waiting to receive my Shipping labels so I can return my drone to you.  I am constantly checking my email and junk folders.  I sent in a chat and you told me to wait 24-48 hours.  It has been 72 hours and I have heard nothing.  Please help.  My case number is CAS-675776-W6D5N2   Thank you

Sincerely sorry to hear you did not receive the shipping label.
Actually, we created the shipping label for you, please check your junk mail and make sure you provided us the correct e-mail address (gyoumans@mylink.net).

Can't find it in the junkmail either. Could you send it again maybe? The adress is correct.
