would love to watch the real time video on my laptop. is the vision app ported to win 8 by any chance?

If i would be nadella or thompson i  try to follow trends or hire someone to follow.. Then found a trend try hire coders to make asap the aplicatin for own win platform ..   Since well known  "kick to head " by using /touching windows phone , we wont get the aplication by "kick to head by touching windows phone " They have it after few years later than other platforms(android, ios) . No any other explanations so far

Yes, you can run an android emulator http://www.bluestacks.com/ on your Laptop. I've used it and it works perfect.

the app is available for the windows phone, but not for windows itself,  I assume DJI think there isn't enough call for people to want to use it on things like laptops so haven't ported it.

You can use bluestacks as said, I can confirm that as I have used it to run the app however you wont be able to use it for Ground station as google maps doesn't work on BS

I could never get bluestacks to work. I do use Mobizen and it works well.
