I'm trying to extract the DAT files from my RC in hopes it could help me find my missing drone (phone froze, so DJI App flight logs are no help).
Just curious, has anybody had any problems doing this? My Surface Book won't read my remote. Then I tried on a macbook, and it worked, got into DJI assistant, black box, save to local, but then it just exports forvever. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried the Find My Drone in the DJI GO 4 app?

As far as I know the only DAT files -- at least the only useful ones -- are the ones on the Mavic itself, so your attempts to load one off the remote aren't likely to be helpful in locating your lost Mavic.
