I have preordered dji goggles on 4.24 19:28:12. My order status is still in authorized. It is so frustrated that seeing some people ordered after me and has already got the shipment. I wonder who else has ordered on 24th and is still waiting for the shipping? I have contacted Dji customer care so many times and they only comes up the same reply saying they will follow up the order. Anyone knows what else l can do besides talking to the helpless customer care?

Yeah this is wierd trait of DJI. When Mavic first came out same thing happened to me. Many others who placed order after me in line got Mavics delivered to them while I still wait. I eventually got frustrated and cancelled order, then waited 3-4 months later to order.

Now this morning (May 31, 2017) it says shipping Date is July, 4. This is frustrating because I assumed I was going to receive my order few days after June 10 not after July 4.

B&H is shipping out their supply of goggles today (they received their order last Friday)...at least that is what I was told by their support staff this morning.
Edit: And literally 2 minutes after posting this, I got my shipment confirmation.

I ordered like some of you on May 15th and the shipping mentioned was June 10. In early June I just checked and, as again some of you say, it said "Estimated shipping July 4th".

The way I'm interpreting this is that folks who order up to a certain date, would have their orders shipped by June 10th. Next group of orders will ship July 4th, and so on.
So it's like a rolling schedule of shipments. And BTW, all this is "estimated shipping date"...

This might explain why some get the goggles earlier even though they ordered later. They could be in the same "group" of orders, all dispatched on the same day form DJI an then it is a matter of the delivery company.

I'm waiting for mine to ship on June 10th, so hopefully I'll be able to report stuff by end of June :-)

For the folk that ordered on the 15th May it looks like things are happening, very pleased to see that the forth dot is now blue but no shipping details or number yet......

Same thing for me but ordered may 31 and yesterday status change to pay confirmed. Wait and see.

FYI, I just wanted to give everyone an update and hope. I purchased 2 units on 5/15/2017, with an expected ship date on 6/10/2017... the status just changed to shipped, needless to say ahead of schedule. Good luck everyone and I am so anxious to get my order, thank you DJI!

Update: my order was placed 5-15 at 11:47 UTC with a shipping date of June 10 and I got a confirmation via FedEx that it is expected to be shipped today!! Thanks DJI

So, DJI created label but did not actually shipped my googles.

I ordered may, 31 and my estimated shipping that is july 4. But why you charged my credit card on june, 8 . You have possibility ti wait 28 days with authorized payment and you charge me only after 8 days and around 1 month before my shipping date. Its not correct because now i paid interests and my item will come in 1 month. I have read your policy and you write that you charge only when you ship out.
