I'm tring to restore defaults factory setting form my ric mavic pro.
I've done easily for the Mavic Pro, but i can't do it for Ricevitor: i attach the prompt of dji assistant.

Another bad thing is that i've no list in firmware list.

How can i force the restore defaults factory ? Maybe without pass trought the dji assistant.

Now I can see the list of firmware after some reboot, but the restore defaults always fail and the update stop at 72%

are you using the usb cable that came with the UAS?

I have same issue + can't downgrade the firmware , after the update in may  V1.03.0800
It looks like there is no other firmware before  V1.03.0800 ( there only 2 positions   V1.03.0900 and  V1.03.0800 )
I have updated in MAY and I would like to go back to older firmware . Also I have tried with my iPAD - same thing , the oldest firmware is V1.03.0800
Apple doing the same thing with iOS if you upgraded to the latest iOS you can't go back
