Hi,
A couple of things I found stabilised my experience with using DJI Go 4 with a Galaxy S8 / S8+
Upgrade to DJI-Pro 4.1 if not already upgraded.
Connect the USB cable to the phone ensuring the connection is tight before clamping the phone into the remote. The disconnect messages seem direclty related to loose USB connection / bad cable.
Put the phone into Performance - Game Mode before starting DJI Pro.
Turn off Fast Cable Charging. This can be found in settings, device mangement, battery (click the battery icon), then the three dots up the top right top open Advanced settings, then disable Fast Cable Charging.
Turn off Auto Brightness as the clamps may obscure the sensors making the screen go black. The phone hasn't crashed, it's just the auto brightness sensor believes the phone is in pitch blackness and lowers the screen brightness down to nothing.
Close all running apps before starting DJI Pro by selecting the recent apps button, and then close all.
Hope that may help some people have a better experience. I haven't had any problems since following these steps.
