My P4P got into DJI repair service on May 23, it should take only 3 days for Damage Assessment but to time no anwesa yet. I contacted DJI and told me:
Upon checking the case, this has already been taken cared of by the designated team. The facility is just experiencing a large backlog that's why there's a delay but rest assured that they are doing their best to solve the case as soon as possible. Thank you for the cooperation and patience.
How long do we have to wait for a repair? is warranty and DJI care refresh suspended durint this long wait?
