Hi, has anyone had any experience of returning their Mavic for repair due to the issue with it not upgrading to the latest version?
I was told by DJI support to return it and they have had it over 2 weeks and still no confirmation of when it will be returned or even if they know what that fault is!  Surely this should be easy to solve with so many reporting  the same problem.
Pretty disappointed with the after  sales support considering tye cost if a Mavic.
