Hello,
Sorry for my bad english (Google translation).
I have a problem with the positioning of the camera of my new P4 Pro (new or refurbished because I begin to have doubts about the exchanges carried out by DJI)
As you can see in the picture, the camera looks a little up.
It also looked wrong but by applying the procedure described by DJI speakers on this forum, it seems that this anomaly is repaired (movement of the camera by hand, P4P off, towards the ends, from left to right)
It is hoped, however, that this "tinkering" and not very academic repair will take place in time.
This is the third P4 Pro I have.
The first one, which had never been stolen, was exchanged by DJI because the camera was always looking at a slight angle but a lot of it and nothing was done.
The second one, which flew a little half an hour, was also exchanged by DJI because there was a problem of video quality, including a kind of flicker and the camera support was also badly mounted.
The second one was therefore exchanged also and it is about the third, which never strictly stole, that I come on this forum.
I specify that I installed the last firmware on this P4P and on its radio control that I calibrated as a result.
I also calibrated the IMU and the nacelle, restored the settings, all this many times without success.
From memory, and it seems logical, the P4P that passed between my hand and my old P4 non Pro looked a little bit down.
What do you think ?
What can be the solution so that when the camera is switched on the camera is positioned as it should and it does not have to be corrected with the wheel of the radio control each time.
Cordially.
Jacques.
IN FRENCH
Bonjour,
Cordialement.
Jacques.
