Since we are not getting answers in this forum about the issues we have after the last firmware update, I think we need to expand our complaints to other sites that have more viewing traffic.  The DJI Support page on Facebook would be a good starting place.  (I've attached a snapshot of a post to this thread, hopefully it will show up when I post this.)

I saw this exchange on their page this morning and responded. Basically the moderator claims that on Facebook they will respond in less than an hour to 90% of all posts.  I let them know about how we feel.  I think we need as many of us as we can that have this problem, should also post there to show that I'm not the only one.

My goodness, Facebook is so slow ... Jeez.

Is there a thread already started for I2 issues? I can't even find the one you posted the screenshot of.

No, I had posted in someone's else reply to the new Mavic Firmware update because he was bashing DJI for not responding.  Might be a good idea to start a new thread for all of us to get in on.

Couldn't agree more. DJ needs to be exposed on a bigger platform about their crummy service and crummy products maybe then people will consider buying something else

Ya I kind of had a feeling that would happen.  That's another reason why I posted on an existing thread.  It will be interesting to see if they allow your post to be seen.

You could buy a USA built FreeFly Alta, but then you'd spend maybe 3-4 times the price of the I2, and it would also be 3-4 times larger as well.  Thing is the size of a washing machine.

Not a surprise, but it's been over an hour and no response from DJI on Facebook either.  So much for their under one hour response claim.

Yes a friend of mine has a Alta free fly eight with a redeye epic and what a beautiful piece of equipment but very very expensive
