Yes! I tried what Susan suggested and it made things worse. Before I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I could get into the "Camera" screen, and try to click "Re-link" and things like that, but it still would say "Disconnected" and I was not actually able to interact with the P3P. After the app reinstall, all I see is the "How to Connect" button, and no matter what I do I can't get any further than that. I am running the latest OS on my phone, so there isn't any "refresh" I can do to the OS, other than reboot it (which I tried several times).
According to your description, it should be related with the mobile OS. Therefore, I recommend you to connect with iTunes and refresh it. |
