Alot of the time it's because the pilot is hotdogging it, and yes, that can cause that message to pop up.
You are taking more current than the batteries are safely able to discharge at the demand rate.
The Mavic Pro is not a hotdogging type of aircraft.
Ease up on the throttle a bit and you wont't see the warning message again.
Also, just fly with it the way you got it, and wait to start throwing firmware updates at it. Make sure it's stable, and then, if there is a feature you just have to have, then go for the update.
That way, you can figure out if the update causes issues, helps with the troubleshooting.
