I recently bought a drone from Dji.com as I expected it to be safer than a 3rd party seller. the drone is to be shipped from California to Ontario Canada, but the drone has been stopped at customs 3 times. I've reached out the DJI support  and they have given me no information on why its been stopped, although they assure me it will be reshipped promptly. each time they reship it once again its stopped and sent back to them. has anyone else had this problem with dji.com? don't know what to do.

I was told by Fedex it had something to do with customs forms after the second stoppage at customs.

Update: the package is on its way back to DJI because of customs issue, then it will be available to refund or resend again. If you would like to refund, please send email to onlinesales@dji.com, the team will assist.
