Hi. What is the battery percentage of the Mavic Pro Intelligent Battery when trying to update? If its under 50% then the update will not start.
According to the thread, you need to contact DJI, give them your email address registered with your account and ask them to enable a specific firmware.
Once done:
1.Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware to recommended version by DJI
3.Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.
You have the problem where you are 9 releases behind the current version v01.04.0100 of the firmware, if you are really on 01.03.04 version (14.02.17)
It's too big a leap to upgrade all 9releases in one go, I don't believe DJI code the firmware upgrade to allow you to do that.
As ChrisJP has suggested, you have to reach out to the DJI Forum moderators who will make available to you older releases of the firmware so you can upgrade in smaller steps.

thank you very much, sorry you know how to communicate with some forum moderator? or who are they?
Just PM (personal message) DJI Susan, she will make firmware versions available on your account so you can upgrade, make sure to mention you are on version 01.03.04 as there maybe a few versions to upgrade into.
Hi sir, I had forwarded a beta firmware to your account. Please refer to the steps ChrisJP mentioned in 5#. Make sure the battery is sufficient for the firmware update. See if it helps.
Hi there, I got your PM, please connect the drone to DJI assistant 2, log in the same account that you provided, then the beta is on the list. Let me repeat the steps:
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version.

Hi
I tried with the mentioned steps and it did not work for me = (
I attach some images
now I get the message Cannot take off and before it did not appear. I'm sad =(
I was able to solve the issue of can not take off, it is very difficult but it is flying again, but my AC is still on 01.03.04 version.
My RC is on 01.04.0100 version.
I tried with the mentioned steps and it did not work for me = (
It would be better to keep the RC and drone in the consistency firmware. And now the firmware update has another error message, please try to update the firmware via another PC, if it doesn't help, please send it back, we will help to take care of it, thank you. https://repair.dji.com/en/SelfRepair/Area
Since you will most probably have to send it back for repair, have you tried updating from the DJI Go 4 app by hitting the "check for updates button" , make sure you have a strong wifi connection and that the tablet/phone battery is fully charged.
Can I ask one question, how come you are so far behind in the firmware upgrades ? It is a good idea to keep up to date with them as the later releases of the DJI Go4 app may not work well with older AC firmware
