I asked for service under my valid DJI Refresh program. DJI directed me to a repair centre in my Country, unfortunately, they do not accept DJI Refresh, so I went back to DJI asking what to do or if I could send it to a repair facility that works with the DJI Refresh program. To date, DJI has refused to respond to me. I am so upset I paid for the Refresh program...
Not a damn response from DJI - what a strange company. I pay for a service, and they don't honour it.
