Inspire 1 Firmware v1.2.1.0 upgrade problems

On the 14th of april I have made the update of the drone and remote controls. Everything went perfectly, the update was installed perfectly in my opinion ... .. ....

I could actually fly and shoot without worry. And made several video's

This afternoon, I did a pre-flight check and find that I had no video signal on my iPad!
The app DJI signal me an update error ???? Therefore, whereas previously it was working!
After several attempts of all kinds (re-boot - dismantling - winding camera) I gave up and went back home.

Since then I try to redo the update, this is 2 hours that I try to do that damned update.

Does somebody have an idea?

Searching, I finally found the problem ... ..
One of the two cables between the camera and the drone was detached from the two-'un connectors!

Dismantling the camera platform reconnection and it works!

But I find that the fixing security seem to be of. Do you know if there are replacement pieces?

Actually Dji tell me to send I1.

I haven't took a picture of those cable. I can tell you this was the image return cable.
From the nose os the drone it's the second cable the largest one.

When starting the drone, I got a message on the tablet "NO SIGNAL" but I could fly the drone and take pictures and video. This without seeing anything (return video I suppose) And all video's/pictures were correctly recorded.

I didn't got such messages like yours! I suppose these messages were written on the card?

After replacing the cable, I got my return video back and I could take video as before!

Anyhow, tomorrow I will get new cable at my reseller

Hi M.delfeld do you happen to have the V1.2.1.0 firmware still? I need it for a bricked inpsire I have and DJI is absolutely giving me the run around with getting it to me. They took it off the site and said they can't email it. Driving me nuts. Please help if you can.
