I'm trying to record about 45 -60 min worth of footage but the video will automactailly stop rec(as if I hit the stop rec button). Yesterday while fliming it stopped rec 4 times before I could finish the 45 minute video. It stopped rec twice after 14 min, once after 1 min, then another time after 4 min. My Osmo+ sits on the base/tripod while recording. I have a podcast that I'm trying to viddo so nothing fancy. Any help?

I believe that the Osmo is built to turn off automatically after 30 mins of recording.  I'm not sure why you have smaller increments, but have you:
1.  Read the manual?
2.  Formatted the SD card?
3.  Failing that, turn to Google and ask your question there.

Try a different SD card to see if that helps. Please update the firmware as needed.

I was afraid someone would say that.... I did just reformat the card again, ill do a test shoot and see if it remains the same. If not, I'll head to Amazon..again.

Is there a recommended brand/type of SD card?

The main thing to watch out for is an SD card with these requirements: Class10 and UHS1 or above.

I am using a class 10 and U1 card 32GB

So i tried following the advice from "luke.thedronefa" here: https://forum.dji.com/thread-35033-1-1.html

I did change from NTSC to PAL and switched from 4k to 1080p, after that the video didn't stop rec on its own at the 4/5 min mark but it did happen at the 20+ mark. Also I noticed a countdown timer today, counting down to the time the camera will cut off on it's own....why is it cutting off?

Hi. Is it true that after 4gb of footage the camera (I have an Osmo+) will automatically stop and restart on its own?

Ok FYI for all. I did call DJI and learned that based upon the size of my mem card the camera( displayed on the app)  will start a countdown and when the timer reaches 0 the recording will stop. The camera can only internally rec or process memory.....something like that.
