I recently tried to upgrade the Mavic Pro Platinum to the latest  FW v01.04.0300.  After then, I finally experienced the Gimbal reset during mid air. Video recording was stopped and could not be resumed until landing. I think DJI should re-examine the latest firmware again.

Yes, I've had that happened once on my Mavic Platinum, once on my Phantom4 last month. The only things in common were my iphone 6s+, and the GO4 app , so it might not even be the .0300 Mavic firmware.

I’m using iPhone 7plus,  encountered this problem only after this FW upgrade

Please make sure the firmware has been updated success. You can follow the below tutorial videos to try the updating again, via the DJI GO4 or DJI assistant 2:

Diana, Thanks for your reply. The firmware had been updated successfully either on the Mavic or Remote Control.  Perhaps, you may join our discussion in Mid Air - Gimbal Reset after FW Upgrade
