OSMO+ No audio. How do i reflash firmware?

Hello!!

Hope somebody help me. The DJI app told me to update the firmware of my OSMO+ to use it. I went ahead, it downloaded the firmware and flashed the unit.
As a result i have no audio on the videos.  Looked withing the files and doesnt seem to have an audio track, as ive seen in some threads here.

Now, looking at the file in the SD Card, says the updagrade was successful but the firmware has as strange number

Result: Success.


And looking at the file is smaller than the last firmware file that i see on this site.
This is the downloaded file by DJI APP on android.

Now the latest file here is :

Thats a big difference. 5k! Is there any way to flash this firmware on my osmo?? or reflash the one i still have on my sd card??

Did you check your settings? Some setting change when you do firmware-upgrade.

Yes. Also, the is no audio information in the video files.  :/

Please re-check you settings, it it possible to switch off audio... on the bottom of the screen you can see the level of audio!

Hi Randy, as Mari mentioned, please make sure the ''Sound'' has been enabled in Mic Control.
If the issue persists, please format the SD card and download the latest firmware of Osmo+ from DJI website to SD card, then refer to the tutorial video of Osmo below to flash the firmware:

I own Osmo +, used in an iPhone 8 Plus as in an Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe, it recorded the audio normally, but in the last recording, some clips have audio, some do not.

Searching VERY MUCH, but VERY VERY, I discovered to be a very recurrent problem, with reports from 2016 until today, always the same problem, I even came to stop on this topic.

When the clips are opened by the DJI Go application in the editor, all videos have normal audio.

All settings are correct and active.

The audio monitor remains intact, even as the internal or external microphone, and from what I researched, the microphone that still captures audio is the microphone itself.

I have already resisted Osmo, I have already returned firmware, already updated firmware, and nothing seems to solve.

I do not think it's a hardware problem because of exactly the same amount of reporting, I believe it's a Software problem.

I wonder if anyone went through this, and how did you decide?

Just to clarify, there's an audio on our DJI Go App however if you're going to download it to your computer there's no sound at all right?

Exactly, the file on the computer does not have sound, I already checked with several programs, there is no audio record in the file.

in DJI GO I know that the present sound was obtained through the microphone of the own cellphone, from what I read.
