When flying my Mavic Pro it just flipped for a second, falled and recovered in air. Is there a known cause for that?
What should I do?

I would suggest uploading your log to the following site and then posting the resulting URL here to see if there are any details that can be learned from it.

i can only make some guesses to start: 1, could have been your sensors reacting to direct sunlight causing the drone to think an obsticle is present resulting in hard breaking
2, you might have hit a bird (but got lucky to survive) in which case i suggest that you do a physical inspection. check the motors are all turning normally - none of the props are damaged. open and close the arms to see that they are all working properly.
3. it could be a glitch but we do not heard about such a situation much (at all) so my guess is either options one or two.
if you see evidence of physical hit - then asses it and deal with it accordingly
if you see no damage and the drone continues to fly fine then keep your drone close to you the next few flights -
if your drone is flying fine and you observe no damge then you should be fine.

By chance did you activate Sports Mode?

When you say quote JUST FLIPPED are you suggesting the Mavic Pro performed a complete 360?

You mean the camera flipped while you were flying ?

If you were looking at the video stream and it looked liked it flipped it was most likely the camera doing a little calibration freakout. Common problem.

To begin with post the video if not post the flight data.

Think that may have been your gimbal..

I'm guessing Gimble issue here, conduct a gimble calibrate and do another flight, has the guys have mentioned above post the video of the issue

I agree it probably was a Gimbal freak out. Did it to me once.
Thought I lost the MP. It did a RTH and I redid a compass calibration and so far has not  happen again.
When it happened to me I posted the video and got some good feedback.

Latest firmware has gimble issues for the pro. I use the older 0100 version and it is far less common for me now.
