My spark drone is 10 meter high and in DJI Go is the high attitude 2,5 meter.
When het is 1,5 meter high in DJI Go is the high altitude - 2,5 meter
If i command to down many times i received the warning fot automatic landing.
What is wrong? Al my settings are unchanged.

Make sure you don't have any dirt, fingerprints, marks, plastic film, etc. on the sensors.

Hi, did you try to reboot your drone and fly again? Please make sure that you did not fly your drone lower than the take off altitude. Please keep us updated, thanks.

Yes reboot  many times didn’t help

Everything is very clean.

start your drone while placing the SPARK in the ground itself rather than in your palm although it should work otherwise.

I place always the drone on the ground itself before flying, never from my Palm or any other place above the ground.

I mean while you switch ON the drone, place first the drone on the ground and switch ON the drone from a ground point.

In the DJI Go 4 app the H N/^ metric begins  always on: H0,0m in the color red is that normal? When i’m flying the color is white above 1,3 m en begin on 0 m

Anybody else for a solution?

I have the same problem and have not found a solution. It does occasionally show a very low positive number (like 20 feet).

Ok, i’m not the only one, is this a defect or have DJI a solution for this?
I have the DJI Care Refresh.
