Hi all, I wanted to flag off the radio silence from DJI's Support team. My DJI Spark crashed because of a possible battery eject issue which is a design flaw. I had posted the issue here: https://forum.dji.com/thread-137195-1-1.html, and shared the log files over emails but since then DJI has gone completely silent. Sharing screenshots of my frustration, just so others should know what to expect if something goes down with your device tomorrow.
Apologies for the rant post, thought this might come in handy for others - PSA.

Hi Admin, I had mentioned to the support team that I'm unable to pull out additional data since Go app on my Mac Pro isn't working. They never replied with a resolution:
