All my batteries were working fine. I did the FW update then put in another set of batteries. The controller said there was a FW mismatch so I updated. Immediately after I got a battery cell error. I plugged it into the Battery Station and it gave the error cell over volt. WTF!!! Are you kidding me!!!!?
EDIT: So, I put the batteries back in the I2 and redid the entire update. That fixed the battery. Updating it thru the controller bricked it.

This is odd.  I did the firmware update and now my RC will not charge.  

The charger shows 26.10 volts measured with a meter at the RC plug, but the RC white charge lights will not light up at all when plugged in.  If I turn the RC on, 3 of the 4 white LEDs will come on.

Has the RC been altered so it will not recharge unless the white LED's are at a much lower level?

Set of my batteries have bricked as well. Coming up with 'Battery Cell broken' all my other batts updated no problem. There's a slight voltage variation , one is 94% 4.20v the other is 93% 4.12v .

Anyone any ideas?? Currently draining to see if recharge will sort them out.

Attach them to the I2 and re-update your FW in Assistant2. Should fix it.
