why does my phone disconnect on my mavic pro platium. I'm having problems with this drone. Plus have a hard time connecting when i first connect the phone

Thank you for that information. On your iPhone 6S can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application on your phone and after that please try to reconnect.

Also if you are using the side port with the cable that came with the drone i suggest you try the phone cable to the bottom usb, most time it is the cable issue causing the disconnects, make sure you take out the cable from side port first

yea I'm using the side port. but will use the other port thanks
