Before I could finish fixing the mavic drone (https://forum.dji.com/thread-144683-1-1.html) how now I have a problem on my new DJI Phantom 4 Advanced+.

The remote controller does not charge. Waited a few months, not used. Either the battery or the balancer or the charger is dead.

On July 2 I contacted Telemix-Moscow, they said to send the r/c.
On July 5, the r/c  was received by Telemix.
To this day, no change. Diagnosis is not carried out.

DJI support service, advise how to speed up the diagnostic process in the Telemix service center?

Received r/c from repair. In repair about 2 weeks. After repair the r/c began to be charged.

I note the poor quality of the assembly at the official service center. Gum does not hold. see photos

If this is an official DJI repair centre that is very poor workmanship.

In general poor workmanship fullstop.

If these repair centres have repeat cases like this, DJI should have them removed/replaced.

I don't know how much this is an authorized service center from DJI. But their address was given to me by a DJI support staff member in the chat.

Also, I was not charged for the repair. From here I can conclude that it was a warranty repair from DJI.

The problem has been fixed, but the assembly quality is poor.
