Hey

Had a major drone problem today and want to extract log.

Tried itune, but since i never synced before, dji app is not showing in itune

Tried assistant on osx with drone connected but when I go in log secrion, I get a spinning wheel and logs are never loading

I really want to know what happened. Anything I could do to extract this log?

I am surprised you did not have the DJI GO4 App in iTunes. It only takes a few minutes to sync with the computer and it makes it so easy to retrieve flight data.
