Dear DJI

Can you please send me a contact email for a drone that crashed through no fault of the pilot. Battery went from 39% to 0% in less than one second, Drone was bought new in June this year.

I have sent report via the app including log file.

If you are able to let me know who I need to contact I can send you the full infromation.

Hi Gamora, I completed the online email form on the DJI site including serial number etc, I think I have found the last flight log in my phone files and I will email that to the reply address including the ticket number. Thank you again for your support it is really appreciated.
