Has anyone had a flight record that did not indicated warnings that you usualy see during flight on the screen? It happened to me. Now no one believes me that it was on return home when it crashed. Any feedback will greatly appresiated..

Hm. That’s strange. I’ve never had that happen. Mine always show in-flight warnings in my flight records.

Yes, not all messages on the screen are written in the flightrecord.
That`s why i always fly with a screen recorder active.

Happend to me using the older versions of the go app, don`t think the latest version have this problem. But still always my screen recorder on!

It should show up in the "black box" data that is recorded on the drone. That would be the info that DJI reviews I beleive.

Thanks for the reply.and for confirming it happens.i had that problem my spark lost signal,screen whent blank after return home and it dont show on the record.it crashed and i send it in for repairs they tell me thats impossible and that it was pilot error.lol $266 the quoted me.i cant affort that spacially when im blamed for sistem falure..they can keep it.not cool.im heart brocken over this..thanks for comfirming..

I send the record from the flight right before the on it crashed as i just changed Battery and took of from the same spot.on that flight it shows the ckass b airspace warning,homepoint updated,and low battery warning also the drone turning around while flighting straight.Common sence tell that if i take of from exactly the same place i shall see the same warnings like class b airspace,homepoint update,and low battery at set 30% but on the crashed flight those dont come up even when i saw them on my screen.but they still tell me is my fault lol.all happened withing 4 or 500 ft.visual distance and i have 345 flights on it so i know what im doing but thats what i got a 266$ quote that i cant afort plus i wont summit to be a liar.so likebi sayed they can keep it.its crazy.but it is what it is.thanks for replying..

Yeah is on the first line up. But the one i flight before that ine they tell me it cant be watched lol aint that funny.they dont even try to see that one.wich suposed to not have warnings like the on during crash did even if it happened from the same exact place..i think the limk to that one is there too

See the record ontop.those are my last 2 the semi last one has the proof that it was acting crazy and also all the warnings that came up which suposed to show on the crashed record being done from exactly the same place but they dont show on record and no one tells me why they cant be uploaded.this is crazy i also include my history that shows i did not started yesterday to make a mistake like that..

Thing is dji told me they cant even see it.i posted the link and it just dont show

Yeah I think I got it. It shows like if I'm imputing stick controls to crash on purpose.but I can see all the missing info here.I have it program on 30% low battery warning that don't show it coming up.dji sayed that since is too close to home it won't tell me.lol.also on the last stop when that warning came up I took a last pic that dont show on record then it read signal lost returning home,screen whent blank and return home beep came on thats all I saw but is not recorded here all they keep telling me is that it was on sport mode.that don't got anything to do with return home it flights back at 22mph on GPS is 7 to 12mph.anyways it was on return home but it don't show here naither battery warning or constant Class b airspace flight with caution. This is the crash flight can't get the one before that shows it twisting around on mid flight.all this started happening after update it even told me I could not take off at the same spot I been fligjting since day one,my roof..

Why I can't see homepoint been updated,low battery warning,Class b airspace and specially rth and why I see stick commands that only a blind person will input while at visual distance? Hooe someone can explain pls..

@Donjuan., what @DJI Diana described in this post is accurate (according to your flight log). You had full control of your Spark and flew it into these trees:



Here are some other things I found in your flight log:

1) Your Spark did not attempt to return home at any point
2) You did not manually initiate RTH
3) The battery was never low enough to auto trigger RTH due to a low battery
4) The remote controller was connected to your Spark the entire time and obeying all of your commands
5) 22 seconds before the crash, you stopped to take a photo here:



6) It was pretty dark out, so you probably had a hard time seeing your Spark. Here's one of your photos:

Thanks.i already had sayed that what came up in my live screen did not came up on this record.after taking the last pic signal was lost and it read returning home and the beep came up on the screen wich whent blank completly blank while still beeping as a sign that it was rwturning home.my faughter was with me as always watching an saw it too but thats my question why it did not showed on the sreen.as you can see i was close enough to see it.and i never touched the sticks as it was suposed to be returning home.i already had mention this over and over on my previous post.but i guess you have to go by what you see even if its not what i saw. This is crazy but it happened as i told.also i mentioned that its set at 30% low battery warning rth was not activated by it but for lost signal and even so i always get a low battery warning at 30% no matter what and if is far away it will give me 10 seconds to return home or it do it on its own.the low battery warning came up on the sreen rigjt before the last pic was taking but thats not on this record neither.it always give me a warning for low battery at 30% no matter what cause its the way i have it set up from day 1. Anyways thanks for helping so much and the time you took to do this stuff. I guess there is no way for me to proove the real thing that happened.i just hope this wont happen to no one else.im heart broken over this but its what it is,my lost. They can just keep it im not going thoug this again.very bad experience...

And I mentioned on a previous post that when I got it I put a new battery to see what was wrong or if it would function and all was good except a motor that was cracked and they told me I need a main board and 3 motors.lol. with what they quoted me i can just add about $40 and get another one but that wont be the case for me.1 i cant affort it and 2 this can happen again then what. And all I ever did was promoting Dji Spark on instagram everyday for this.lol. thanks a million thoug you are Awesome.be Blessed.....

FWIW, I've never seen a flight log that contained bogus data.
