After upload to last firmware by dji assistant, dji go 4 shows me that version firmware mismatched and aircraft precision data base is 00.00.00.00 also if I upload data more and more times.. Please help me and sorry for my english

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would like to ask if you manage to update the aircraft and the RC to the latest firmware version? Did you try to uninstall and re-install the application? Please sync the flight records and save important files before deleting the app. Kindly keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for the support.

Sounds like he didn't update the RC, or battery.

Well, from your screen shot, what's clear is that you Haven't updated the firmware on either your P4P nor your RC. The version levels displayed are three releases ago (June 2017).

I suggest you follow the video instructions for how to use Assistant 2 with a PC to update the craft, and then update the controller. The No-fly databases on the craft and the app (on the phone) can be updated as instructed following.

You said you d reinstalled The Dji go 4  APP , but, did you a deep clean before reinstall in your mobile device ?

I made it with tablet samsung, and 2 huawey p10 plus and p20 pro .. clean all before install app and dji assistant again.. done refresh by dji go app and assistant more and more times.. nothing!

last update.. but i already downgrade too

Maybe there's a dealer near you that could help.  If not, send it back to repair and let them straighten out the mess you're in.
