Today I refreshed the system and re-calibrated all as well, I am suspicious of my IMU, is it normal that show this numbers also after calibration? What those numbers mean?

I think you are ok. Try to calibrate your drone!

I check for perfectly level surface to calibrate the IMU by using a clinometer app Clinometer Apps

I use Android version but ios  versions are also available

I don't think it's the slope, because my aircraft show always same numbers on all positions, especially ACC2 always have more high value (0.007)

at least your acc1 doesnt say data error like mine does lol

Those figures are pretty healthy for IMU, you certainly don’t have any problems there .

Any read out in green and especially to 1/100th of a decimal point is 'excellent' - this is good to go
