I’ve had my Spark sitting for a year since it was repaired. I am trying to activate it and I continue to get:
Activation Failed
Device SN failed .

What do I do to activate my Spark?

SN should be 0AS1F871A10682. Where did you send the drone to? Is it an official DJI repair center? If yes, there should be a case number like CAS-xxxxxx-xxxxxx.
May we have a short video of how you activate the drone?

Thank you. Yes, I got it repaired but DJI last year and haven’t used it since the repair. This is why I’m trying to activate it now. The QR code doesn’t work. When I’m in the middle of the activation it, I get the failed notice that I posted above.

How do I get past that screen?

Thanks for the video, after setting the joystick mode, please disconnect your mobile device from the aircraft's wifi and connect to a network with an Internet connection. Then enter DJI Go 4 app and tap Continue and confirm your account. Please refer to the video below and try again, you could start at 1:10.
